Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cream cheese and Mozzarella cheese to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 second intervals until combined and smooth. Mixing is optional.
Add the remaining ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.
Place the cheese dough into the mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients and beat until well combined.
Wet your hands to keep the dough from sticking. Form the dough into 9 evenly sized balls.
Gently flatten the balls of dough with your hands to form the shape of rolls or keep them tall for fluffier rolls.
Place the dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
