Savory Keto Pumpkin Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add cream cheese and Mozzarella cheese to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 second intervals until combined and smooth. Mixing is optional.
  • Add the remaining ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Place the cheese dough into the mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients and beat until well combined.
  • Wet your hands to keep the dough from sticking. Form the dough into 9 evenly sized balls.
  • Gently flatten the balls of dough with your hands to form the shape of rolls or keep them tall for fluffier rolls.
  • Place the dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool before serving.
