Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into large florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a small bowl, add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric and pepper. Mix will.
  • Lay cauliflower out flat on prepared baking sheet.
  • Using a brush, paint spice mixture over cauliflower, covering it well.
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes or until desired doneness.
  • Serve warm.
