Pizza Chaffles

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • 16 slices of pepperoni
  • Marinara for dipping optional, homemade recipe here

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your mini waffle maker.
  • Add all of the ingredients except for the pepperoni to a large mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients until well combined.
  • Place ¼ of the mixture into the waffle maker and top with 4 slices of pepperoni.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes (or until desired doneness).
  • Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have made 4 chaffles.
  • Slice the chaffles into sticks and serve with optional marinara on the side.
