In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain and set aside.
Add the ham to the skillet and fry until warmed through. Remove and set aside.
Cook the bacon in the skillet until crispy, then drain most of the grease, leaving about 2 teaspoons in the pan.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then pour them into the skillet over medium heat.
Add salt and pepper if desired, stirring occasionally until nearly cooked.
Return the cooked meats to the pan, stirring to combine.
Divide into three meal prep containers and top with shredded cheese before serving.
