Meat Lover's Carnivore Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces ground breakfast sausage
  • 4 slices bacon cut into pieces
  • 5 ounces diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain and set aside.
  • Add the ham to the skillet and fry until warmed through. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook the bacon in the skillet until crispy, then drain most of the grease, leaving about 2 teaspoons in the pan.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then pour them into the skillet over medium heat.
  • Add salt and pepper if desired, stirring occasionally until nearly cooked.
  • Return the cooked meats to the pan, stirring to combine.
  • Divide into three meal prep containers and top with shredded cheese before serving.
