Lemon Cream Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded chicken about 2 pounds
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • black pepper to taste
  • sea salt to taste

Lemon Cream Sauce

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded 4 cheese blend Parmesan, Asiago, Ramona, Fontina
  • 3 teaspoons lemon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken breasts and chicken broth to a crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Remove chicken from crock pot and discard broth. Shred chicken and set aside.
  • Combine heavy whipping cream, cheese and lemon pepper seasoning to a sauce pan.
  • Cook on medium-low for 20 minutes, stirring often.
  • When there is about 10 minutes cooking time left on the sauce, start steaming veggies.
  • Add chicken and veggies to cream sauce and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve!
