Ingredients

shredded chicken
about 2 pounds

chicken broth

broccoli and cauliflower florets
black pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
Lemon Cream Sauce

cups
heavy whipping cream
1 1/4
cup
shredded 4 cheese blend
Parmesan, Asiago, Ramona, Fontina

teaspoons
lemon pepper
Instructions
Add chicken breasts and chicken broth to a crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken from crock pot and discard broth. Shred chicken and set aside.
Combine heavy whipping cream, cheese and lemon pepper seasoning to a sauce pan.
Cook on medium-low for 20 minutes, stirring often.
When there is about 10 minutes cooking time left on the sauce, start steaming veggies.
Add chicken and veggies to cream sauce and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve!
