  • Add together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and blend until a thick dough forms. The dough should pull away from the whisk easily.
  • Wrap the dough tightly in plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper, to your desired level of thickness. The cookies will not really rise much at all, so this should be the thickness you want your wafers to be when complete.
  • Use a small round cookie cutter to cut shapes from the dough.
  • Transfer the cookies to a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.
