  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cut a piece of parchment paper 4 inches longer than your loaf mold, but with the exact width. Arrange it and oil the surface. Set aside.
  • Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add salt, baking powder, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and cream cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  • Add almond flour and stir until combined.
  • Fold in chia, flax, and sunflower seeds. Continue mixing.
  • Pour the bread mixture into the prepared baking pan, sprinkle some extra seeds on top, and bake for 30 or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Set aside to cool before serving.
