Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut a piece of parchment paper 4 inches longer than your loaf mold, but with the exact width. Arrange it and oil the surface. Set aside.
Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add salt, baking powder, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and cream cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.
Add almond flour and stir until combined.
Fold in chia, flax, and sunflower seeds. Continue mixing.
Pour the bread mixture into the prepared baking pan, sprinkle some extra seeds on top, and bake for 30 or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Set aside to cool before serving.
