Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the ingredients for the cookies in a mixing bowl and beat until a loose crumbly dough has formed.
Form the dough into 15 even sized balls, and flatten slightly with your hands.
Using a fork, make a criss-cross shaped design on the top of each cookie to flatten them a bit more.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
