Sugar-free dark chocolate chips (I like Lily’s dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything together and combine with a hand mixer.
Roll into small balls and place on either a greased cookie sheet or on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Use your fork and make a crisscross.
Add optional chocolate chips to the top of each cookie
Bake for 16-18 minutes.Let sit for 5 minutes and transfer to cooling rack (if desired).
