Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon low carb sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 4 ounces coconut sparkling
  • 1 ounce vodka

Instructions
 

  • Add water, sweetener, and coconut flakes to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once fully boiling, remove from heat.
  • Add lime juice and mint leaves to a glass. You can crush your mint leaves or keep them whole, up to you!
  • Pour sweetened mixture into the glass and give it a good mix.
  • Add ice, vodka, and sparkling water. Stir well!
  • (optional) Garnish with a fresh lime slice and drink!
