Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower steamed until warm
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup butter unsalted
  • 12 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded asiago cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a food processer, add all the ingredients except the cheese and process
    until smooth.
  • Add ½ the mixture to a baking dish, top with ½ the asiago cheese, add the
    remaining mixture and finally add remaining cheese. 
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
