Keto Jalapeno Popper Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • pounds ground beef
  • 2 jalapenos deseeded and finely chopped
  • 5 ounces cream cheese
  • cup chopped bacon pieces
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Canned sliced pickled jalapeno slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl except the canned jalapeno slices. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 30 evenly sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Top each meatball with a slice of jalapeno pepper, secure with a toothpick, and serve.
