Ingredients

cream cheese

chopped bacon pieces

almond flour

minced garlic

teaspoon
cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

shredded cheddar cheese
Canned sliced pickled jalapeno slices
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl except the canned jalapeno slices. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 30 evenly sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Top each meatball with a slice of jalapeno pepper, secure with a toothpick, and serve.
