stevia powder

low carb powdered sweetener

gelatin
Instructions
In a small pot, combine the raspberries, water, stevia, and powdered sweetener. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve back into the pot to remove seeds.
Add the gelatin to the liquid in the pot and return to heat. Stir continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Pour the liquid into gummy bear molds and smooth out the tops if needed.
Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours until fully set. Remove from molds and enjoy.
