  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a medium bowl, combine bone broth, liquid aminos, monkfruit, siracha, garlic powder, salt, and liquid stevia.
  • Add beef tenderloin and marinade for 30-60 minutes at room temperature.
  • Put tenderloins on baking sheet and top with minced garlic and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 20 minutes (or until desired doneness).
  • Let set for 5 minutes, slice and serve!
