coconut flour

psyllium husk

baking powder
optional ¼ cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips, divided
Optional 8 drops flavored liquid stevia
Oil of choice for cooking
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium, and baking powder.
Add melted butter, eggs and optional liquid stevia. Mix well.
Heat oil of choice over medium heat. I start with 1 tablespoon.
Once pan is hot, add dollups of batter (a little less than ¼ cup worth).
Add about 10 chocolate chips to each dollup if desired.
Once the batter starts to bubble, flip the pancakes.
