Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, dill and garlic powder. Mix well.
  • Add egg and heavy whipping cream to the bowl and continue mixing.
  • Pour batter into a greased ramekin (or mug) and microwave 90 seconds.
  • Remove from ramekin, slice and toast (if desired).
