Keto Custard Toast Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices keto bread your favorite store brand or homemade keto bread
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar free honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 strawberries sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish well.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, vanilla, and egg yolk until smooth.
  • Place the bread slices into the greased baking dish. Press down in the center of each piece of bread to form a slight indentation.
  • In the indentation of each piece of bread, pour the yogurt mixture.
  • Add strawberries to the top of each slice of bread.
  • Place the prepared bread slices in the air fryer for 10 minutes (or until the custard is cooked thoroughly), and the bread is toasted to the desired doneness.
