Prepare a batch of the keto rolls, but leave out the sesame seeds.
Once the rolls have cooled, cut them into cubes.
Transfer the cubes to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil, then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat well.
Layer the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place under the broiler, flipping often, until all sides of the croutons are well-toasted.
