Ingredients
  

  • cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheese is melted and combined.
  • Transfer the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Blend on high until a well combined dough has formed.
  • Roll the dough into a rectangular shape about ¼ of an inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into large triangles.
  • Starting from the widest end of the triangle, roll up each piece of dough until it forms a crescent shape.
  • Place the crescent rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
