Place the cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheese is melted and combined.
Transfer the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Blend on high until a well combined dough has formed.
Roll the dough into a rectangular shape about ¼ of an inch thick.
Cut the dough into large triangles.
Starting from the widest end of the triangle, roll up each piece of dough until it forms a crescent shape.
Place the crescent rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
