  • Add the ingredients to a food processor or blender, and pulse until completely combined.
  • If the batter is thick, thin it out by whisking in a bit of water. You want it to be thin enough to spread out easily in the skillet.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium to medium-low heat.
  • Place about 1/4 of a cup of the batter into the skillet, and swirl it gently around to spread it out into a thin circle.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, carefully flipping until it is completely cooked through.
  • Repeat steps 3-5 above with the remaining crepes and the top with your favorite choice of toppings.
