Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cup cheddar jack or cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup chopped bacon pieces
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the cream cheese, eggs and cheese to a medium sized mixing bowl and beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Mix in the remaining ingredients and beat until well combined.
  • The dough may be sticky, so wet your hands slightly and form the dough into 12 evenly sized biscuits.
  • Place the biscuits on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
