Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the chicken with 1 tsp of the cajun seasoning, and saute until completely cooked through.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
To the same skillet, add the sausage and saute until browned. Remove and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, and melt the butter in the skillet.
Toss in the onions, peppers and celery, and saute until softened.
Stir in the garlic, and saute for another 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese and remaining seasoning. Stir, and simmer until the mixture has thickened.
Mix in the pamini noodles, and return the chicken and sausage to the skillet. Stir to combine, and saute for 2-3 more minutes.
