Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 2 Heads of romaine lettuce chopped
  • cup shaved Parmesan cheese vegan versions can be used instead
  • Keto Croutons

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated regular or vegan Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill while you assemble the rest of the salad.
  • Place the romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Add the shaved Parmesan on top.
  • Toss the lettuce and Parmesan. Add the dressing and toss again.
  • Top with Keto croutons and serve.
