Heads of romaine lettuce chopped

shaved Parmesan cheese

Keto Croutons
Dressing

mayonnaise

grated regular or vegan Parmesan cheese

lemon juice

Worcestershire sauce

Dijon mustard

teaspoons
minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing.
Place in the refrigerator to chill while you assemble the rest of the salad.
Place the romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Add the shaved Parmesan on top.
Toss the lettuce and Parmesan. Add the dressing and toss again.
Top with Keto croutons and serve.
