Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
Mix together all of the ingredients except for the bacon slices. Knead with your hands until completely combined.
Form the meatloaf mixture into 6 evenly sized mini meatloaves.
Wrap each of the meatloaves in a slice of bacon.
Place the meatloaves on a rack in the air fryer, and cook for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and they are completely cooked through.
