Keto Bacon Brussels Sprouts Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped (see Perfect Bacon Recipe )
  • 1-1.5 lb Brussels Sprouts quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded medium white cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a dutch oven (or oven safe pot), add olive oil and Brussels Sprouts. Brown the outside and cook until partially done. Above 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add spices, heavy whipping cream, bacon and cheese. Mix well.
  • Put the lid on and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
