Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch keto hummus recipe here
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon homemade taco seasoning or store bought if you can find low carb
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ounce sliced black olives
  • 1 small jalapeno diced (or 1/2 a large jalapeno)
  • optional tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare keto hummus according to instructions and let cool.
  • Spread hummus in the bottom of an 8x10 pan. You can use an 8x8 pan and make it thicker if you wish.
  • In a small bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix well.
  • Carefully spread sour cream mixture on top of hummus layer.
  • Add shredded cheese on top of sour cream layer.
  • Finally, add olives. jalapenos, and optional tomatoes.
  • Serve!

Notes

You can add as many layers/toppings as you wish to make it your own!
