  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the butter and ½ cup sweetener into a mixing bowl and blend until creamy.
  • Add the remaining ingredients for the cookies into the bowl and continue mixing until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 15 evenly sized cookies and place them onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Let the cookies cool to room temperature.
  • Whisk together the lemon juice, zest, and sweetener. Add in almond milk as needed until the desired glaze consistency is reached.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the cookies.
