low carb sweetener
granulated or confectioners

heavy whipping cream at room temperature
Green food coloring
Large red heart sprinkles or red dusting sugar sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
Blend the sugar, butter and sweetener until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla and heavy whipping cream until smooth and creamy.
Add a few drops of food coloring and mix well.
Spread the mixture into a 9x9 parchment-lined baking dish.
Chill in the freezer until the mixture has hardened, usually 1-2 hours.
Remove the fudge and slice to serve.
Garnish with a large red heart sprinkle or red sanding sugar sprinkles before serving.
