Ingredients
  

  • 6 russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

Note

  • You can make your own onion soup mix by using the following 3 tablespoons dried minced onion, 3 cubes crumbled beef bouillon, 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder, ¼ teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoons pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut up potatoes into large bite size pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine the onion soup mixture and the olive oil.
  • Add the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread potatoes in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
