Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on; about 1–2 lbs
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Combine Dijon mustard, heavy cream, pressed garlic, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  • Coat each chicken thigh in the sauce, ensuring they are evenly covered. Place the coated chicken thighs in a single layer in an oven-safe dish.
  • Bake the chicken for about 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 180°F. The chicken should be golden brown, and the sauce will have thickened slightly.
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with your favorite low-carb sides for a complete meal.
