Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie (Paleo)

Have you ever wanted to make a crispy, yet gooey chocolate chip skillet cookie that is gluten free AND Paleo? This is the only recipe you need!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour packed
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil soft but NOT melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon paleo baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup paleo chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • In a medium bowl mix all of the ingredients together except for the chocolate. Once combined stir in the chocolate.
  • Place the dough into a 5" cast iron skillet. Bake for 20 minutes then let rest for 10-15 minutes in order for the middle to slightly set.
  • Dig in or serve with your favorite ice cream.
