Optional seasonings: garlic powder
onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ricotta, and any optional seasonings. Knead until just mixed.
Shape the mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet. Press a trench down the center.
Place the mozzarella cheese into the trench and fold the meat over it, reshaping it into a loaf.
Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked.
