Instructions
Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Add all the crust ingredients into a small bowl and use a spatula to combine well.
Press the batter flat into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 16 minutes. The crust should be a deep brown.
Let cool.
Cake
Meanwhile, add the eggs in a medium bowl and beat until they are fluffy and bubbly, usually about 4-5 minutes.
Slowly add optional sweetener, optional vanilla, heavy whipping cream, water and butter while continuing to beat.
Pour onto cooled crust and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before slicing.
