Carnivore Dessert Bar

Ingredients
  

Crust

Cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup low carb sweetener optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla optional
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Add all the crust ingredients into a small bowl and use a spatula to combine well.
  • Press the batter flat into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 16 minutes. The crust should be a deep brown.
  • Let cool.

Cake

  • Meanwhile, add the eggs in a medium bowl and beat until they are fluffy and bubbly, usually about 4-5 minutes.
  • Slowly add optional sweetener, optional vanilla, heavy whipping cream, water and butter while continuing to beat.
  • Pour onto cooled crust and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before slicing.
