Cabbage and Kielbasa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 14- ounce kielbasa sausages sliced thinly
  • 1 small head of cabbage chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper diced (not too small)
  • 1 orange pepper diced (not too small)
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger minced

Instructions
 

  • In a large wok, brown pork sausage.
  • Add chopped cabbage and saute for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  • Add remaining ingredients and saute for 20 minutes, stirring often, or until desired tenderness.
  • Serve hot!
