Ingredients

For the donut holes

cup
almond flour
1
scoop/packet Vanilla or Strawberry Shakeology
or other protein powder
1 ½
teaspoon
baking powder
½
teaspoon
xanthan gum

tablespoons
butter
melted

tablespoons
Greek yogurt plain
2
tablespoons
warm water
For the glaze
2
medium strawberries
chopped
1
cup
low carb powdered sugar substitute
1
tablespoon
heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients for the donut holes to a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 15 (or so) evenly sized donut holes. Hint: if your hands are wet, it makes it a lot easier.
Place the donut holes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Set aside and let cool.
Add the ingredients for the glaze to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Coat the cooled donut holes with the glaze and allow to set. You can dip them or drizzle over the top.
