Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp chopped finely
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno finely chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • ½ avocado chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and combine well.
  • Serve immediately or chill before serving.
