Ingredients
  

  • cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • cup low carb powdered sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Sugar free peppermint candies crushed for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, butter, and sugar substitute.
  • Bring to a boil and cook until well thickened.
  • Remove from the heat, then stir in the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  • Pour the mixture into a well-greased loaf pan.
  • Chill until the mixture is soft set, then sprinkle on the peppermint candy.
  • Let chill until well set, and then slice to serve.
