Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, butter, and sugar substitute.
Bring to a boil and cook until well thickened.
Remove from the heat, then stir in the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
Pour the mixture into a well-greased loaf pan.
Chill until the mixture is soft set, then sprinkle on the peppermint candy.
Let chill until well set, and then slice to serve.
