Prepare Graham Cracker Pie Crust according to instructions (using erythritol OR monkfruit, baking 8-10 minutes).
Let crust cool.
Keep oven at 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until well blended. About 2-3 mins.
Add heavy whipping cream and beat until creamy, 2-3 mins more.
Add eggs, monkfruit, almond flour and orange extract.
Beat until super creamy!
Add batter to cooled pie crust.
Bake pie for 50-55 mins until it starts to get lightly golden, still a bit giggly in the middle.
Let cool for at least 4 hours.
Once set, prepare sauce.
In a small bowl, mix together all glaze ingredients.
Pour over top and smooth around and then frost sides (optional).
Keep cooled and covered.
