  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the almond flour, eggs, butter, whipping cream, baking powder, vanilla and sweetener to a mixing bowl, and beat on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Fill the sections of a mini bundt pan about 3/4 of the way full with the batter.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with some powdered sweetener (optional) and serve.
