Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 scoop low carb vanilla protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix using hand beaters until they reach the consistency of a frosty or soft serve ice cream.
  • Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
