Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all of the ingredients for the cake, then smooth into a well-greased 9x9 baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Let the cake cool to room temperature.
Add the ingredients for the icing to a mixing bowl and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spread the icing on the cake and serve.
