  • Preheat oven to 400%
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Place cooling/baking rack on baking sheet over foil. You just want the bacon OFF the bacon sheet and able to drip down without making a mess.
  • In a small bowl, add sugar-free maple syrup and brown sweetener.
  • Brush 1/2 the mixture on the top side of the bacon.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes (depending on thickness). The thicker the bacon, the longer you cook it.
  • Remove bacon from the oven and flip each piece of bacon over.
  • Brush the remaining mixture on the other side of the bacon.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes or until it reaches desired doneness.
