Preheat oven to 400%
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Place cooling/baking rack on baking sheet over foil. You just want the bacon OFF the bacon sheet and able to drip down without making a mess.
In a small bowl, add sugar-free maple syrup and brown sweetener.
Brush 1/2 the mixture on the top side of the bacon.
Bake for 8-12 minutes (depending on thickness). The thicker the bacon, the longer you cook it.
Remove bacon from the oven and flip each piece of bacon over.
Brush the remaining mixture on the other side of the bacon.
Bake for 8-12 minutes or until it reaches desired doneness.
