Keto Ham and Cheese Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Stir until completely combined.
  • Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to form 24 evenly sized balls of the mixture, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
