Ingredients

of a small purple onion
roughly chopped

teaspoon
garlic powder

ground ginger

14 ounce pack coleslaw with carrots

tablespoons
chicken broth
1.5
tablespoon
"No Soy" sauce or coconut aminos
divided
sriracha sauce is to taste
Instructions
Add olive oil to large pan over medium heat.
Add ground pork and cook thoroughly. Break up any large pieces.
Push the meat to one side of the pan and add the purple onion, garlic powder and ground ginger. Mix spices with onion.
Saute just until onion is soft, about 3 minutes.
Mix onion mixture with meat mixture.
Add half of the coconut aminos and Sriracha to taste. Mix well.
Add the coleslaw to the pan, drizzle the chicken broth over it then the remaining coconut aminos sauce. Add more Sriracha as desired.
Saute until the coleslaw is completely soft, usually about 10 minutes. Add additional coconut aminos and/or Sriracha to taste.
