Lily’s baking chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the ingredients except for the baking chips in a mixing bowl. Blend on high until well combined.
Fold the baking chips into the batter to combine well.
Line 8 cups of a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Fill each cupcake liner ⅔ of the way full.
Bake for 30 minutes, let cool and serve.
