Keto Butter Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup sugar free honey
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce or coconut aminos or No soy soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Place the oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Saute until the chicken is cooked through, and remove any excess oil.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour the honey butter sauce over the chicken, and reduce the heat to medium.
  • Saute until the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve immediately.
