Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the ingredients with the exception of the blueberries to a mixing bowl, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Fold the blueberries gently into the batter.
Fill 8 cupcake liners to the top with the batter.
Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
