Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, add eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and sweetener. Beat with hand mixer until frothy.
Add the butter and cream until well incorporated.
Once well combined, add in homemade keto flour. Continue mixing.
Fold in the blueberries carefully.
Add batter to prepared loaf pan. Cook for 40-50 minutes. Start checking for doneness around 35 minutes.
Check with a toothpick to make sure it is cooked through.
Let rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.
