In a small bowl, combine sprinkles, almond flour, protein, monkfruit, and baking powder. Combine well. NOTE - I added 1 teaspoon each of 4 different colors.
To the bowl, add a beaten egg, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and almond extract. Beat with a fork and combine well.
In your mug or ramekin, melt butter and swirl around the bottom and sides to give it a good coating.
Pour batter into prepared mug and microwave for 2 minutes.
Flip upside down onto a plate and lift off the mug.
Immediately add frosting so it melts. Add a big glob in the middle and just stir around the top so it melts and starts falling down the sides.
Add additional sprinkles if desired.
