Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Add the ground beef, mushrooms and onions to the skillet, and stir to combine. Continue to saute until the meat is completely browned, and the vegetables are beginning to soften.
Add the minced garlic, cream cheese, sour cream and heavy whipping cream to the skillet, and stir to combine until the cream cheese is melted.
Pour the Worcestershire sauce into the skillet, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
Continue to cook the mixture down until the sauce has thickened to your liking. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve.
