Keto Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups riced cauliflower cooked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 6 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
  • Add the ground beef, mushrooms and onions to the skillet, and stir to combine. Continue to saute until the meat is completely browned, and the vegetables are beginning to soften.
  • Add the minced garlic, cream cheese, sour cream and heavy whipping cream to the skillet, and stir to combine until the cream cheese is melted.
  • Pour the Worcestershire sauce into the skillet, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
  • Continue to cook the mixture down until the sauce has thickened to your liking. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve.
